Tampa Bay Bin Butler Job Description

Location: Downtown Tampa, Florida

Status: Part-Time to Full-Time

Starting Schedule: Primarily evening shifts (8 PM - late), with possible daytime availability

Position Overview:

Tampa Bay Bin Butlers is a high-end valet trash service serving luxury condos, apartments, and senior living communities in the Tampa area. We are looking for dependable, self-motivated individuals who are active, professional, and take pride in their work. You’ll serve as the face of our company on-site; ensuring clean, consistent trash collection while delivering top-tier customer service.

A company pickup truck will be provided at the property if it is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect bagged trash from residential units and transport to on-site dumpsters

• Walk extensively throughout the property during each shift

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly

• Maintain property cleanliness and report any issues

• Work independently and follow established routes

• Interact professionally with residents and property management when needed

• Complete nightly checklist and log route completion

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license AND clean driving record (required)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

• Excellent punctuality and time management

• Able to walk long distances for extended periods

• Comfortable working independently and is a self-starter

• Reliable transportation to downtown Tampa for shift start

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Must pass a background and driving record check

Schedule & Pay:

• Typical Hours: 8 PM through the night

• Daytime hours may become available

• Start as part-time, transition to full-time based on performance

• Pay increase after 90 days

• Significant room for advancement for reliable performers
